Vehicle Operations

343/366

In order to run an antarctic research station and to cover all tasks it requires, BAS employs people from all walks of life, bringing a whole range of skills to the table: from scientists to computer and IT personnel, to pilots, to chefs, to mariners, to trades personnel, to doctors, to vehicle mechanics and operators. Halley effectively is a self-sufficient mini society.
