Sledging

As the weather was beautiful, with the outside temperature in the region of -23°C, lots of sunshine and no wind, we all went out to do a bit of sledging.

Sledging is an act of sitting on top of the Siglen sledge, which is being dragged behind a Skidoo, and is one of the more popular pastimes at Halley. It can also be quite spectacular with the amount of snow kicked up by the Skidoo and the Sledge.
