Pisten Bully Tracks

348/366

While we're waiting for the ship's arrival in about a week (and the relief to start), as well as for the weather to improve to move the first Halley buildings to the new site, the Vehicle Operators are keeping busy clearing snow, knocking down wind tails and grooming the surface at the current Halley VI site. This is one of the tasks which the Halley team has to take on annually, otherwise all buildings and structures would slowly get buried.

Pictured is the rear of the Pisten Bully track kicking up large amounts of snow as the vehicle is moving (from left to right in this image).
