Vehicles at Halley

The work at Halley, especially in the summer season, heavily depends on vehicles and other machinery for a number of tasks, from snow management, to lifting, to digging, to moving cargo. During the winter, most of the vehicles are parked up on the vehicle line after the Vehicle Mechanic has done all required preparation work on them. In the picture the JCB digger is parked up next to the John Deere tractor on the berm.
