It is a very cold and crisp day today, with the outside temperature -39°C, wind 9kt WSW and wind chill -52°C.

In the picture the Milky Way is very clearly visible over the Nansen Sledge. The bright light In the distance to the very right of the image, on the horizon, is the EMQA Caboose with the VLF antenna behind it (not visible).
