Making Polish Bread

Being with no supplies for the best part of the year means most of the food we get comes out of the freezer or a fridge and eventually we'll run out of freshies completely. One thing that we do have fresh every day is bread, and this is the result of my today's attempt at baking plain white Polish bread. It came out really nice, although a bit different than I remember. I'm chuffed!
